With COVID-19 still a reality in our lives, we are holding our Annual General Meeting in a hybrid format – both live at the Club with a limited number of attendees, and online via Zoom.
In order for the meeting to go smoothly, it is necessary for you to register in advance for one of the two options. If you wish to attend in person, please note that we are permitted to allow only 70 people into the upstairs lounge in addition to the current board members and required attendees.
If you plan on attending via our Zoom link, you still must register in advance. It will help our planning process greatly if everyone who would like to attend registers as soon as possible.
As with regular curling, all people in attendance at the Club must be fully vaccinated.
