Broom Under Water (BUW) is a mixed league sponsored by the Moon Under Water Brewery in Victoria. Every month the brewery hosts a social.

The Broom is a true mixed, with 2 men and 2 women on each team, and the skip/third must be alternating gender.

The focus is on recreational play in this league, with a wide range of skill levels and nothing being taken too seriously.

The “original” mixed league at the VCC – if you can’t wait for the weekend, and want to start off with a recreational league with lots of social activity, then you’ve found your league!

While this is a “traditional” mixed league, we aren’t dogmatic about it – if you have an unbalanced team, check in with the league coordinators and we can take a look at the options available.

All skill levels are welcome here – emphasis is on enjoyment over competitiveness.
