The VCC Board of Directors meet the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Board meetings vary in length between 1-4 hours depending on the needs of the club at the time. Members are welcome to attend board meetings, but discussions are not taken from the floor. To respect everyone’s time, the BOD follow a pre-planned agenda.
